    Terry was our sales man. I truly appreciate his patience and kindness with us. I would recommend him to anyone. However, I did not appreciate the financial man who came in and demanded I sign a paper that I was not going to sign. Intimidation is not attractive, nor does it cause me to want to recommend Phil Wright.

    The technician was friendly and informative. I had scheduled the service and planned to wait at the dealership. He found that there were several recall notices that needed addressed and helped me get courtesy transport back to my home and then back to the dealership.
